This section lets the admins understand how users adopt and engage with PRISM, including feature usage and satisfaction with MAIA
Access: Available for 'admin' users of the app
Navigate to: Settings → Platform Activity

Time Range: Select a time period using the top-right selector: 7d/30d/90d/12m
All metrics and charts update based on the selected period.(Except the 'All Time' cards)
Cards:
1. All time
This card shows the Total Users, Lens users & Maia users since the app launch
2. Last 30 days (Time Range selected : 30 days)
Active users
Users who performed any tracked action (such as login, Lens usage, or Maia interaction) during the selected period
New users
Users who signed up during the selected period
Retention
This compares 2 equal time periods and calculates users who came back in current period vs previous period
Note: Trends compare the selected period with the immediately previous period of the same length.
3. Feature usage
Lens usage
Represents how users interact with and explore product features.
- 'Users who opened a Lens' indicates the users for the current time range alongwith the growth of users vs previous period
- 'Total Lens opens' shows the overall usage volume
- 'Avg opens per user' shows the engagement depth
4. Maia usage
Represents deeper interaction where users actively submit prompts.
- 'Users who used Maia' shows the users for the current time range alongwith the growth of users vs previous period
- 'Total prompts' shows number of queries
- 'Avg prompts per user' shows engagement depth
5. Charts
Active vs New Users
Shows trends for user growth and engagement for the selected time range
Maia Satisfaction Trend
Shows likes and dislikes to track changes in response quality over time, for the selected time range
FAQs
a) Why are active users lower than total users?
Total users is lifetime. Active users only include the selected period.
b) Why is satisfaction missing?
There may not be enough likes or dislikes recorded.
c) Why is retention unavailable or low?
There may be no users in the previous period to compare against, as we are now launching this app adoption analytics section.
